I used a pic of me for the general eye/skin which I can add to my gallery if needed (?Jules)?!
The feathers were referenceless (can you tell

And I got the general idea/shape of the lemon is from here: LilyStox [link]
I'm sorry about the eyebrow, but I got to the point with this pic where I just wanted it finished, and I lost my patience (a bad trait in a vexeller).
All done in Illustrator and Photoshop.
